Movie in the Park - The Princess Bride

POSTPONED! Rescheduled date to be announced soon! The Augusta Community Foundation presents the 30th Anniversary showing of the classic film, The Princess Bride. This free family event will be held at Garvin Park in Augusta, KS at the Kerry Unrein Community Stage. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and arrive early to enjoy fresh popcorn for sale as well as a variety of food trucks serving up delicious food on site! The party starts around 6:00 pm and will end around 10:30 pm. The movie starts at dark (approx. 8:30 pm).

Dinner with the Duke

Join us on Saturday, September 30th for our next event in our "Dinner and a Movie" series. A western-themed meal will be served at 6:00 pm followed by the classic film "El Dorado" starring John Wayne and Robert Mitchum at 7:30 pm. Dinner will be served at McCollom Construction, 518 State Street, across the street from the Augusta Historic Theatre. Tickets available through the Augusta Arts Council website.
